Joe is a serial entrepreneur, with vision, charisma and a passion of building business to benefit everyone involved. Starting his career while in college, selling Cutco knives, he was an innovator in a 40 year old business, breaking records and building organizations in both the US and Canada, recruiting and training over 20,000 sales people, generating over 60 million is sales! He spent over 14 years in franchising, owning and operating 5 franchise locations in the shipping industry, selling services to local business. After selling his franchises, he was a sought after business coach and mentor to small business owners for over 10 years. After expanding his knowledge and experience with network marketing, live broadcasting online and the “new” engaging technologies on the internet, he developed a digital screen advertising network nationwide, with hundreds of screens and thousands of advertisers. In 2011, Joe realized the impact of Social Media on the local consumers and how it would benefit local business owners who could not do it themselves. He developed the concept of managed social media with his daughter and future son-in-law. Together, they developed a patent pending process to determine a business’ effectiveness with a Social Media Analysis® and the Review Manager™ systems, which provides clients more positive reviews online, both are leading innovations in the industry. Joe is a family oriented, positive person who marches to his own beat and enthusiastically welcomes others to join him on his parade through life.

Aly has been with MaxExposure since its conception, in 2011. Aly works out of our Boston, MA office, runs our customer service department and oversees much of the administrative duties for the entire company. Early on, Aly developed the unique ability to explain social media and its use in small business to even the most novice of users, which allows our clients to feel confident when working with her and the rest of our team! Aly & her dedicated team of customer care specialists spend much of their time coaching our clients on how to use social media to increase their presence online! In her free time, Aly enjoys relaxing with her fiancé, a good glass of wine, binge watching Netflix, hanging out with her family & friends and is a proud Cat Mom!

Alex is the Director of Social Media Management and has a passion for technology. Starting with MaxExposure Social Media from the very beginning he has developed an interest in helping the small business community through technological efforts. He has experience managing a dedicated team who focuses on assisting business growth, offering new services and tools, as well as helping clients’ see a ROI. He understands small businesses are in a unique position where they might not have the resources a major corporation does, but they still deserve results as if they did.

Oleg came on board in 2013 after running an IT franchise for over 10 years.  Being an avid “Nerd” when it comes to technology Oleg went on to make his hobby a career after getting a degree in Computer Science and Network Administration. Seeing the impact of Social Media he realized that Small Businesses need better representation online. Oleg helps developing new Sales programs and new Technology that better serves our clients. In his free time Oleg enjoys working out, being outdoors, and watching Patriots and Yankees dominate the competition!

James M. DeVince

James M. DeVince

Director of Technology

After attending the Computer Processing Institute, James began working on home computers and websites. Upon those foundations, he added several programming languages to his knowledge base, along with basic graphic and game development skills.  Eventually, James began working in IT for fifteen years with major companies and corporations, offering maintenance, networks, and phone support for more than thirty locations at a time. James continues his technical support and development to this day as he enjoys his many hobbies and aspirations, almost all within the creative arena.
